So after this obv brownnosing would you mind e-mailing me or responding to this post if there is a software package that is safe for a Vista package that can convert a WAV file to text lol? (totally serious, I have a serious lack of IT peeps, and they wont let me download crap on my work computer so I am thinking that a 4, thats right FOUR hour recording that I downloaded from a tape recorder to a WAV file could be done computer wise, I knew shorthand about 15 years ago, and it took me about 5 hours just to transcribe manually 15 minutes of conversation) Apparently dictaphones are out of style too because I cant slow the speach.
